Is vaginal delivery possible with Twins?
Rani was pregnant with twins. She has been going through her regular appointments with the Doctor. The Doctor was very happy with the progress of her pregnancy. She has been doing well and so also her babies. today she had come for her 8 month appointment. As the delivery date was getting closer, Rani was getting a little anxious. She had heard from her friends that pregnant with twins means automatically a C-section delivery. So she asks her doctor about her chance of normal vaginal delivery.

Why does the urinary frequency increase during first trimester of pregnancy?
Frequent urination often starts to occur early in pregnancy. It is caused by the growing uterus, as well as hormonal changes that increase blood circulation to the pelvis. The urinary bladder is above the uterus and as the uterus is growing it puts additional pressure on the urinary bladder and this makes the women visit the bathroom frequently. It is a common occurrence and nothing to worry about. As the uterus grows out of the pelvis by 4th month the pressure over the bladder is less and the symptom also begins to recede.
But, If frequency of urination is accompanied by pain and also fever then it could be due to other reasons like infection. Seek the advice of your Physician immediately.
Spotting during first trimester
Spotting or light brown vaginal bleeding can occur in both viable and nonviable pregnancies. It is obviously very easy to panic and fear the worst especially in the first trimester when you are just about sharing the news with your near and dear and are very excited about the future, but try to stay calm.
