The Pregnancy - Week 30

You might feel little depressed in this week, which is the 30th week of your pregnancy. This is pretty normal for some pregnant women. You may get little concerned about your growing weight. You may also feel very tired. Light walking in the morning, along with yoga can help in relieving this tiredness. You should take breaks while walking.

Tiredness and fatigue during this time are due to increasing weight. A good rest of the night and developing your stamina will always help in reducing tiredness and fatigue. Pregnant women have very less immunity and are prone to infections - Proper lifestyle can help in developing your immunity. During this week, the baby has grown and the space needed for it to turn around in the uterus is less, and so may not be moving around much, and the baby may be in a folded head down position getting ready for the process of birth. The baby’s brain is growing and he/she is opening and closing his/her eyes often. Eyebrows and eyelids are also well developed and the digestive system is also functioning well.
