3. Ragi Dosa

Ragi Dosa - Healthy, satisfying and provides you with a good amount of calcium to keep you going for the day. Try out this recipe

Ingredients

1 cup ragi flour

1 tbsp rice flour

1 tsp sesame seeds (til)

1/2 cup grated onions

2 green chilies, finely chopped

1 tsp grated ginger (adrak)

1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania)

salt to taste

2 tsp oil for cooking

 Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the ragi flour, rice flour, sesame seeds, onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander and salt and mix well with a little water to make a smooth loose dough.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan
  3. Spread an even layer of one portion of the dough into a round dosa.
  4. Cook on both sides till golden brown, using a little oil.
  5. Repeat with the rest of the batter to make more pancakes.
  6. Serve hot with chutney.
